Dr. James Redmann is a highly respected and experienced general and bariatric surgeon, providing minimally invasive procedures to his patients for over 25 years. As the medical director of our aesthetic practice, he now brings a unique perspective and advanced skill set to our team. Dr. Redmann received his medical degree from Louisiana State University, New Orleans, and completed his residency in general surgery at LSU. He is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and in the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgeons. He has a sincere passion for helping patients achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall health. With a focus on aesthetics, he will help you achieve your best results including further fat loss and skin tightening. Throughout his career, Dr. Redmann has performed thousands of successful operations, ranging from complex abdominal cases to skin and soft tissue procedures. He is known for his attention to detail and his compassionate bedside manner as well as his ability to connect with patients on a personal level. Alexandra Breland, FNP-C

Alexandra is a dedicated and experienced practitioner with a passion for helping individuals achieve their optimal health and well-being. Alexandra is from the “Best Bank” and moved to the Northshore 2 years ago. She has one daughter, Eleanora. When she is not practicing she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, Pilates, Mardi Gras, especially the Krewe of Cleopatra, and the beach. Her journey in healthcare began in 2015 when she graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-New Orleans with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Upon graduating, Alexandra went straight to the Operating Room. She circulated a variety of cases, Plastics being her favorite and where her love for aesthetics began. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans in 2022. Thereafter she explored Pain Management, Primary Care and Urgent Care until she landed in Aesthetics. She also works part-time doing Medical Weight Loss with a well-known Bariatric group. Alexandra has training in neurotoxin and dermal fillers, weight loss, skin care and much more. Continuing education is her priority, as she believes in staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in order to provide the highest quality care. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and goals. She is committed to tailoring her treatments to meet the individual needs of each client. Amy Schmidt

Amy has a few roles at Beaute’ Aesthetics such as Practice Manager and Medical Esthetician. Amy was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Mandeville a little over a year ago. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Kyle and they have a daughter, Sadie, and son, Waylon. Amy is a passionate esthetician and has always had a deep love for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin. She believes in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in order to provide the best possible service to her clients. Amy is a firm believer in the power of education and loves sharing her knowledge with clients. Amy will take the time to explain the benefits of each treatment and provide personalized skincare recommendations to help clients maintain their results at home. Above all, her goal as an esthetician is to help clients feel beautiful, confident, and empowered in their own skin. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
