  Matt Knick

  President

  A proud native of Southeast Louisiana, Matt discovered his enthusiasm for the outdoors at a young age through hunting, fishing, and exploring. Matt was raised in a family owned construction company that focused on designing and building custom residential homes.This early exposure to a thriving business gave him an in depth understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service to customers while providing the highest level of craftsmanship. Matt's love for outdoor environments lead him to the landscape industry where he found his calling. After many years of developing other successful landscape companies, Matt founded WillowGrove Landscape, allowing him to bring his expertise and passion for building meaningful relationships directly to the consumer.

  Lauren Knick

  Office Manager

  Lauren is a proud Florida native with many years experience in the hospitality and customer service industries. She is the first voice you will hear when contacting WillowGrove, and loves any opportunity to connect with our clients. She utilizes her strong organizational skills and creativity to handle all administrative, marketing, and accounting responsibilities of our firm. In addition to being a hardworking professional, she is also a stay at home mom!

  Director of Landscape Care

  Aaron, born and raised in Southeast Louisiana, is an avid outdoorsman who takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor environments. Aaron started offering landscape services to his neighbors at the young age of thirteen.. The fulfillment of creating beautiful landscapes led him to a career in the field, and is the driving force behind the passion he has for his work today. He has over 10 years experience in this industry, 6 of which have been in operations and account management. His positive attitude and exceptional level of expertise solidifies his position as our Director of Landscape Care.

  Director of Landscape Installation

  Fredrick's Landscape experience started in construction. He started perfecting his craft with patios and decks, which led him to a 20+ year career in this industry. Fredrick has a drive and passion that sets him apart, and he thrives in any opportunity to serve our clients and community alike. This, along with his expertise solidifies his position with our firm.

  Charlie Washington

  Team Leader

  A Louisiana Native, Charlie was born in the small town of Broussard. He began his Landscaping Career at the young age of 18, and 14 years later, he is still extremely passionate about this industry and his impact he has on the Community around him. His many years of experience and dedication to his team and clients has made him a fundamental asset to WillowGrove. He presents attention to detail and work ethic that is unmatched and we are blessed to have him on board!

  Office Assistant

  For over a decade, Belinda has thrived in the service industry, giving her an unmatched knowledge of what it takes to succeed in our office. Whether it is just a friendly good morning or problem solving, a positive interaction with clients and potential clients is priority number one for her. She strives to have our Clients feeling well taken care of, as well as handling many other day to day Office tasks. We are so grateful to have her on the WillowGrove Team!
