What have we learned? Different shows may require different registration systems, but every show deserves a seamless registration process. That’s where we come in. How Online Registration Works From online to on-site, our registration platform operates seamlessly to register attendees and print badges. Sites are customized to your event needs. This provides a smooth registration process highlighted by features such as API functionality, collection of personal information and demographics, session selections, and discount codes. You will also have registration managers to take phone calls at any time.

What we’ve learned in that time is that every show is different. As a result, the on-site registration process has to be flexible, but perform flawlessly. ATS offers show managers and meeting planners a seamless and intuitive on-site registration process designed to work with each show’s unique concept – not against it. How Onsite Registration Works The ATSReg on-site system can be staged as a standalone program or integrated via an API, which creates a bridge between a client’s online registration platform and our badge-printing program. With the proper API credentials, American Tradeshow Services can connect to your online platform and pull real-time data to print a badge. This connection does more than note that registrants “checked in” or “attended”; it makes all reporting and payment processing available in your online platform. Do you need a reminder to collect payment from someone that has a balance due on their account before their badge prints? No problem! Do you need to be alerted as to which ribbons or lanyards should be handed out to specific registration types? No problem! Do you need to print drink or event tickets based on registration type, or who signed up for the event? No problem! Our ATSReg system is completely customized to your event data. With a simple excel export from your online registration platform, ATSReg allows for a customized on-demand printing experience that is both fast and intuitive. The exported data just needs to include all fields that you want printed on the badge, encoded in QR code or that drive a specific rule – like printing tickets, lanyard colors, pop ups, etc.

Eliminate pre-printing attendee badges and bulky vinyl holders by switching to the TotalBadgePlus badge system. How It Works ATS has a large inventory of Zebra brand printers, which we recommend for events with high-volume attendance or production of personalized tickets per attendee. Our systems also interface with standard laser printers that accommodate custom layouts for single TotalBadge™ style badges, six at a time, three at a time, or stock with custom ticket layouts. For events that prefer the aesthetic of plastic badges, American Tradeshow Services houses a large inventory of card printers capable of producing high-quality professional ID style badges with barcoding or embedded NFC technologies.
